My Background
I have been involved in aviation since 1969.
- Retired in 2016 after 32 years as Captain with a Major Airline.
- Flew the Boeing 787, 767, 757, 737, 727, MD80, and DC9.
- Operated Corporate Aircraft including the Saberliner, King Air 200, and Merlin Aircraft.
- Established and Owned two Air Charteer Operations.
- Director of Training for a Regional Airline.
CIVIC / COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
- Chairman Florida International Airshow located at the Punta Gorda Airport.
- Past President of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) 565 at the Punta Gorda Airport
- Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Instructor Instrument, Single and Multi-Engine.
- Member Charlotte County Republican Executive Committee.

EDUCATION
Stan attended York Centeral High School in York Pennsylvania and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Stan and Family
Stan and family have been full time residents of Charlotte County since 1986. Married to Linda Smith whom is also a retired Captain for a major airline. Their son attended Charlotte High School and graduated from Florida State University.
